Further evidence for the binary nature of HR 3084
New photometric and spectroscopic observations yield further evidencefor the binary nature of the early-type star HR 3084. Shape and smallamplitude of the visual and IR light curves indicate that the lightvariations are essentially due to ellipsoidal effects rather than toβ Cep variability.
